Managing your subscription
Subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your Apple account. To review or change your subscription, open Settings on your device, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then select PostPop.
Subscriptions & billing
- PostPop subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple account using Apple In-App Purchases.
- Subscription plans and pricing are always shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
- For billing questions we can't resolve, Apple handles all payments, receipts, and refund requests.
Restoring purchases
- Reinstalled the app or got a new device? Open PostPop and choose "Restore Purchases".
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- If your subscription still doesn't appear, email us and we'll help you troubleshoot.
App troubleshooting
- Make sure you're running the latest version of PostPop from the App Store.
- Try closing and reopening the app, then restart your device if the issue persists.
- Check that you have a stable internet connection, since idea generation requires one.
- Still stuck? Email us with your device model and iOS version so we can help faster.
AI generation issues
- Ideas are generated by a third-party AI provider, so results can vary between requests.
- Adding more detail about your brand, audience, and goals usually improves results.
- If generation fails, check your connection and try again in a few moments.
- Always review and edit AI-generated ideas before publishing them.
