Everything you need to know about how PostPop works, subscriptions, purchases, and your data.
PostPop is an AI-powered content idea generator for creators, brands, and businesses. It helps you quickly come up with fresh, relevant content ideas tailored to your brand so you can spend less time staring at a blank screen and more time creating.
You tell PostPop about your brand, audience, and what you're working on. PostPop then sends that context to an AI model that returns tailored content ideas. You can save the ideas you like and refine or regenerate the ones you don't.
Yes. PostPop uses a third-party AI provider to generate content ideas. Because ideas are generated by AI, results can vary and should always be reviewed and edited before you publish anything.
PostPop uses the brand and profile details you provide, the prompts you enter, and the ideas you generate and save, along with basic usage information needed to operate and improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If a free trial is offered, it gives you access to PostPop's paid features for a limited time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. You can manage or cancel your trial anytime in your Apple account settings.
PostPop subscriptions are billed through your Apple account using Apple In-App Purchases and managed with RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and pricing is shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
If you reinstall PostPop or switch devices, open the app and use the "Restore Purchases" option. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, and your active subscription will be restored.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not directly inside PostPop. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select PostPop, and choose to change or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals while keeping access until the current period ends.
Yes. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your PostPop subscription works across your Apple devices. Use "Restore Purchases" on a new device if your subscription doesn't appear automatically.
You can reach our support team anytime by emailing support@postpop.info. We're happy to help with billing, troubleshooting, privacy requests, or general questions.
