Everything you need to know about how PostPop works, subscriptions, purchases, and your data.
PostPop is an AI-powered creative ideation and planning tool for creators, brands, and businesses. It generates content ideas based on the brand, audience, goals, and creative direction you provide, helping you spend less time staring at a blank screen and more time creating.
You tell PostPop about your brand, audience, goals, and what you're working on. PostPop uses relevant information you provide—such as your profile, creative preferences, and current Idea Direction—to generate content ideas tailored to your request through a third-party AI provider. You can then review, save, organize, or generate additional ideas.
Yes. PostPop uses artificial intelligence to help generate creative ideas. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to ideas generated for others. You should review and adapt any idea before publishing or relying on it, including checking factual claims, intellectual-property rights, platform rules, and any legal or advertising requirements that apply to your content.
Yes. Some PostPop features use a third-party AI service provider to generate ideas. When AI generation is used, information needed to fulfill the request may be sent to that provider. PostPop explains this processing and requests applicable permission in the app. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
PostPop uses information you choose to provide, including relevant brand and profile details, audience and content goals, your Idea Direction, platforms, tone and creative preferences, maturity preference, topics to avoid, and recent idea context used to reduce repetition. We may also process basic technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Maturity Level controls the creative register PostPop may use when generating ideas. Clean keeps ideas family-safe, while stronger settings allow progressively more direct, uncomfortable, edgy, or adult subject matter. Maturity does not determine how creative the ideas are, and PostPop still applies safety limits at every level.
No. Mature allows a broader adult creative register, including stronger language and adult themes when they fit the idea, but PostPop is not designed to generate pornographic, graphically explicit sexual, exploitative, or illegal content.
As between you and Hillbilly Samurai LLC, we do not claim ownership of the ideas generated for you through PostPop. Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and our Terms of Service, you may use generated ideas for personal or commercial purposes. AI-generated material may not qualify for intellectual-property protection and is not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive.
No. AI-generated ideas may resemble concepts, formats, expressions, or material created independently by other people or generated for other users. PostPop does not guarantee that generated ideas are original, unique, exclusive, copyrightable, or non-infringing. Review ideas before using them publicly or commercially.
No. PostPop is a creative ideation and planning tool. We do not guarantee views, engagement, followers, sales, revenue, virality, platform distribution, or any other particular result. Content performance depends on many factors outside PostPop's control.
Yes. PostPop provides creative suggestions; you remain responsible for deciding what you create, publish, advertise, or distribute. Before using an idea, you should review it for accuracy, third-party rights, platform rules, disclosures, advertising requirements, and applicable law.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available to you, its duration, eligibility, price after the trial, and other applicable terms will be shown before you confirm the subscription. Unless canceled before the trial ends, an auto-renewable subscription will renew at the price shown at purchase. Trials and subscriptions are managed through your Apple account.
PostPop subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The price, billing period, included features, and any applicable trial or promotional terms are shown before you confirm your purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled through Apple.
If you reinstall PostPop or use it on another compatible Apple device, select Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. If Apple recognizes an eligible active purchase, PostPop will restore the corresponding subscription access. If you're still having trouble, contact support@postpop.info.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not directly inside PostPop. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select PostPop, and choose to change or cancel. Deleting PostPop or deleting your PostPop data does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
An eligible PostPop subscription can generally be restored on another compatible Apple device using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Use Restore Purchases if access doesn't appear automatically. Your saved PostPop profile, ideas, or other app data may not automatically transfer between devices unless a supported synchronization or account feature is available.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PostPop. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to our Terms of Service on your behalf.
